Petit Chablis is classified by using dryer grapes; furthermore, it is aged in stainless steel tanks therefore no oak is found in this wine - simply beautiful citrus. In addition, it has mineral notes mixed in with citrus and acacia leading to an elegant, fresh and fruit driven wine. Overall it is quite light, and has an excellent balance of flavours. Pair this wine with seafood, oysters, fish tartar, and goat cheese.
