Jade colour, melted in a golden blonde, the nose offers a floral and mineral bouquet. The width and opulence of its scent prepares for a complex mouth. The palate is surprised by the amplitude of the sensations between smoothness and elegant nervousness; quince paste, yellow-fleshed fruit, spices, acacia honey, limestone minerality. The general impression in its power and its balance is positioned equidistant between the great white wines of the Rhone and those of the south of Burgundy.
