A warm, late summer set up a solid vintage in 2019 as evidenced by this bright and shiny sauvignon that is crammed full of minerals on the nose. Dry and structured, it has intense citrus, white peach, and flinty flavours that permeates the wine from front to back. Fresh and balanced, it is mouthwatering, and begs for food. Crab, prawns, halibut, or salt-crusted ling cod would be excellent dinner partners. Score - 91. (Anthony Gismondi, gismondionwine.com, July 17, 2020)
