By the wine-makers at Michel Chapoutier, this blend has been aged in both concrete and stainless steel vats, resulting in a smooth drinking wine. With Beautiful minerality, and silky, delicate tannins. Made mainly of Grenache and Syrah gives off a deep garnet red. It has intense, fruity (blackcurrant/ raspberry) flavours and complemented by notes of white pepper. This wine is juicy, powerful and fruity (red fruits notes) on the palate, with lovely roasted notes.
