This beer is light pink colour with a light mousse and has aromas of basketfuls of ripe strawberries with hints of cereal. It is lightly sweet, light to medium bodied, with cleansing carbonation and has natural flavours of ripe strawberry and toasted grain, balanced with a refreshingly long and zesty finish.
