Rueuze is Bruery's take on the traditional Belgian-style blend of aged lambics. THe brewers tasted through dozens of barrels and picked the cream of the crop for this release, which they then blended to taste. Rich notes of hay, barnyard funk, and olive round out a well-balanced acidity.
