We offer returns and exchanges for customer convenience.

West Coast Liquor Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange of any purchased product. All purchases are final after 14 days of the original purchase.

Exchanges

For an exchange of a purchased product, you must present the original sales receipt and the unopened and un-tampered product. Your exchange will act as a credit towards your final purchase.

Refunds

For refund of a purchased product, you must present the original sales receipt and the unopened and un-tampered product. All refunds over $100 are subject to a 13% restocking fee.

Empty Container Returns

All our liquor store locations accept empty container returns. We only accept CLEAN alcoholic beverage containers of products carried in store. We do not accept non-alcoholic containers or U-vin/U-brew containers or any other recyclables. There is a limit of 24 per person, per day. We accept returns daily until 9 p.m. Subject to terms and conditions.
