Returns & Refunds
We offer returns and exchanges for customer convenience. West Coast Liquor Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange of any purchased product. All purchases are final after 14 days of the original purchase. Exchanges For an exchange of a purchased product, you must present the original sales receipt and the unopened and un-tampered product. Your exchange will act as a credit towards your final purchase. Refunds For refund of a purchased product, you must present the original sales receipt and the unopened and un-tampered product. All refunds over $100 are subject to a 13% restocking fee. Empty Container Returns All our liquor store locations accept empty container returns. We only accept CLEAN alcoholic beverage containers of products carried in-store. We do not accept non-alcoholic containers or U-vin/U-brew containers or any other recyclables. There is a limit of 24 per person, per day. We accept returns daily until 9 p.m. Subject to terms and conditions.
