This Champagne brings out the contrast there is between a white wine produced only from black grapes coming from a terroir of Pinot Noir , the Côte des Bars, and a Premier Cru terroir in Bisseuil. The attack is powerful, broad, and open therefore introducing the taster ti a wine with a strong and welcoming body. A golden yellow robe with a fine thread of bubbles bursting at the surface - the general structure is pleasant and consistent. The nose shows balance of ripe fruits, honeyed aromas, and flowers with nuances of brandy on a smokey background.
This cuvee can be served in a wine glass to express its full maturity OR served alongside tender meats (veal chop, roasted poultry such as chicken or pheasant).
