A beautiful blend of Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache, and Merlot made in a Mediterranean style. The nocturnal harvests allows for a pretty pale colour to be obtained, while preserving an aromatic nose of red fruits. It is infused with gorgeous aromas of white peach, jasmine, and orange blossom. The attack shows marvellous lift and brightness, filled with wet stone, white strawberry, and hibiscus, all buttressed by sneaky high-altitude, limestone acidity. The mouth is round and harmonious. Perfect to pair with appetizers, cold starters, veal or fish.
