A great light bodied Beaujolais. Deep garnet colour with an expressive nose revealing of ripe fruit aromas and black cherry. On the palate, it has a beautiful freshness and richness. The wine is opulent with melted tannins. Ready to drink now but also has good aging potential. Pairing is ideally with with delicate white meats such as rabbit or veal with rosemary. Also goes well with river fish.
