This dynamic red is made up of marselan and syrah grapes. The alcoholic fermentation starts naturally after a few days thanks to the yeasts that are local to the estate. The skin of the grapes is separated from the stems in a process called racking, and are pressed as soon as the first tannins appear. Flavours of intense red fruit such as strawberry, raspberry with a few notes of spices such as liquorice and bay. Nice voluptuous body that is fresh and smooth.
