A red blend with finesse. Tempranillo, Graciano, and Mazuelo grapes are aged in American and French barrels. Ruby red in colour with rusty copper hues. Complex in the nose, the wine carries intensity with balsamic, spicy, leather, and tobacco notes; all of this over a delightful candied fruit backdrop. A very enticing combination. In the mouth it is elegant, highly aromatic, with voluptuous tannins present in the this classic style and lasting through the aftertaste. Pairs well with roasted red meats, game, and cured, intense spicy cheeses.
