Grown in the Williamette Valley in Oregon, this elegant Pinot Noir is light bodied and rich in flavour. It combines savoury and sweet: herbal aromas of sage, bramble, and wild flowers balance assorted flavours of bursting berries such as raspberry and cherry on the palate. Notes of pomegranate and watermelon highlight the wine's minerality, that is complimented with baking spices (cinnamon, clove, cocoa, rhubarb, cassis) in order to bring depth to the wine.
