Following ancient “Ripasso” method this wine is fermented on the skins of the grapes used in this exquisite blend. The results develop a brilliant deep red, appearing more garnet with age, with an intense bouquet of red fruits and subtle spice. On the mouth the tannins are soft like velvet allowing this full-bodied wine to exude elegance. Excellent with first courses, roasts and red meats. For a better tasting experience It is advisable to uncork the wine at least a half hour before serving.
