As successful as their Nebbiolo, Travaglini produces this wine with more finesse! Much of its flavour and sophistication comes from a longer aging period in stainless steel vats and Slovenian oak, allowing it to become a medium-bodied wine. Appearing as a deep ruby red, similar nuances of ripe red fruits, this Nebbiolo has silky tannins, good structure beautiful fragrance and minerality. Pairs ideally with red meat, poultry, game, and mature cheeses.
