Compromised from Pinot Noir grapes grown across a multitude of vineyards allows this wine to capture a unique depth and flavours. The nose finds scents of white tea and pomegranate with fresh raspberry. The raspberry carries onto the palette where it mixes with ripe cherries which are complimented by dried fig and white truffle; these earthy tones help balance the flavours. Overall, a savoury, soft wine that is light to medium bodied.
