Eight months in 100% French oak. The nose offers lovely aromas of cassis and vanilla with quite intense notes of mocha, baking spices and pencil shavings. The palate is supple and juicy; expect generous flavours of cassis, tea leaf, vanilla, sweet spice and graphite. A smooth and spicy wine with great structure and balance.
