On the nose, there are aromas of honey'd raisins and pecans, with a spicy little kick of herbaceous rye hiding in there. On the palate, there are flavours of old-fashioned cola cubes, cardamom heat, caramel and a clear suggestion of good rum. On the finish, there are lasting notes of brown sugar and dried oak.
