On the nose, this whiskey is fruity and rich. On the palate, there are lovely notes of spiced honey, mixed peels, hazelnut and a touch of cut fruit with toasty oak. There are also flavours of rye, spice, barley malt, nut oil, butterscotch and vanilla. The finish is quite sweet with butterscotch and dry oak spices.
