Matured in sherry seasoned American oak casks and bottled at 40%. Appearance: Bright amber gold. Aroma: Notes of vanilla and caramelized pineapple, overlaid of aromatic smoke. Flavour: Sweeter notes of breakfast cereal, brown butter, graham crackers, and just a touch of smoke.
