A West Coast inspired Gin distilled from BC grain, juniper, coriander, locally grown hops, lavender, rosemary and lemon verbena. It is steeped with butterfly pea flower making for a brilliantly blue gin that transforms to a lovely pink with the addition of citrus or tonic.
