A pale straw colour with orange tints, it has a ripe apple and citrus on the nose. The textural palate has a touch of sweetness and is very appealing with flavours of cooked pear, minerally lemon curd and hints of orange and melon. The finish is fresh and moreish thanks to the natural acid.
